SYNTHETIC OXYTOCIN

Box of 12 units of 10 ml each
Indications

Induces labor in cases of uterine inertia.
Corrects post-labor atony and retention of placenta.
Promotes milk ejection.
Prevents and controls post-labor hemorrhage.

Dosage and admnistration

Cattle: 2 to 4 ml. Intra-muscular, intravenous, epidural.
Pigs: 3 to 4 ml. Intra-muscular.
Sheep: 3 to 5 ml. Intra-muscular, intravenous.

The frequency and the dosage can be modified according to the veterinarian’s criteria.
